Black & White = CLASSIC!

Whether you're wearing black jeans & a white tank or a stunning black & white combo dress - it's all classic! I love buying pieces that are black or white, because I know that I'll own them forever and wear them with so many different things!

There's nothing as chic as an all black or all white outfit. Swoon! But it's also awesome to own lots of black and white to mix with other colors - they go amazing with denim - a pop of color - or each other!

Lovelier Look Edit No. 4

Happy Hump Day Y'all!

I am SO glad it's Wednesday! And what better way to celebrate a Wednesday than by looking back to a fun weekend night? This #OOTD is from a few weeks ago when my sweet husband treated me to a "Wifey Day." How precious is that?!?

We had SO much fun that day! He cooked me a bacon filled breakfast, took me to see Finding Dory, gave me one of my favorite bottles of wine, then took me downtown for cocktails & appetizers at one of our favorite spots! It was the perfect day & I loved spending every joyful minute with my man! So Blessed!!!

Anyways, onto the outfit! I have had this green comfy dress for YEARS! But I can't get rid of it! It is so comfy - easy to throw on and go - and the color screams summer! I absolutely LOVE turquoise so I love pairing turquoise accessories with this fun green. Most of my closet staples are neutrals, but this is for sure a summer staple!

This dress is from Old Navy - and I would totally recommend you buying some of their easy to wear dresses during the summer months - they pack easy, don't wrinkle, and look effortlessly chic! AND it's CHEAP but lasts forever!

And I am of course wearing many of my favorite go-to accessories that you see in almost every post :)

Boho Chic is definition what's 'in' right now - however I have always been obsessed with that hippie look.

My go-to style is Feminine Boho Chic - which means a little bit a lace. a lot of flow, neutrals, big accessories, and some heels. Plus many other things :)

My favorite stores are all about this style right now - which is PERFECT!

I think this style looks great on everyone - you can go all the way - or just throw in a little bit and you are so on trend!

Lovelier Look Edit No. 3

Green Dress { 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 } | Bangles (2) | Wedges | Necklace

Wedding Season is in full swing in the Newton household! We have 6 weddings this year - isn't that just crazy?!?! But we have been so excited to watch so many people we love declare their love for each other. And praise the Lord - we are 5 down 1 to go & it's not until October!

I wore this green dress to a Sunday wedding in June - and my oh my was it HOT! These 2 pictures were taken after A LOT of sweating! The wedding was in a gorgeous old mill - but with no AC my makeup was off within the first hour and my hair fell flat - but oh so worth it to celebrate the sweet couple!!

These shoes are Jessica Simpson last season - but I linked some super cute similar ones! I also linked 6 different green dress options that are stunning!

Lovelier Style is a little bit of everything.

Feminine Boho Chic, is how I would describe Lovelier Style - with a BIG invisible tagline that says neutral obsessed. I cannot get myself passed neutrals! They are EVERYTHING! I love buying neutrals, because duh, they go with everything!

Neutral items remain classy - super busy patterned items are SO fun - but I find that I will wear them one or two times then I'm ready to move on - they go out of style quickly and you can only accessorize them differently so many times. SO, not hating on colorful patterns - they just aren't my go-to style! I love me some Lilly dresses and summer color pops - but my heart beats neutral.

With all of that said, here's my go to neutral right now, BLUSH! Take a look at some of my current favorite feminine boho chic blush colored items. Buy 1 and you can pair it with dozens of other items!

Back To Basics - All About The Basic Necessities!

Did anyone else start singing The Jungle Book's 'Bear Necessities' when you read that line?!? Because I sure did :)

This post is dedicated to what we all need - basics! Whether it's the perfect white tee - the converse slip ons - or that baseball hat you can't live an early morning without - basics are worth an investment, because you will cherish them and make them last forever!

My entire style is truly based around basics. I LOVE the way basics look - I love that I can wear them a million different ways - I love that I can dress them down or dress them up.

Every girl needs a little red dress in her life! I love this dress because it's PERFECT for so many occasions but especially a wedding! Summer weddings are meant for wearing color - so I chose red for this wedding! The best features are that it's modest, not too long - not too short, comfy, clinched in waist, and the color! All of those features are so important when choosing a dress to wear to a wedding.

As girls, we LOVE to dress up don't we?!? Don't get me wrong, since I work from home I take full advantage of working in my PJs & sometimes 'dressing up' to me is putting pants on - just being honest. BUT I still love getting dressed up... whether it's work, a party, date night - whatever just tell me I can buy a new outfit and I am SO there!

Today I want to share with you Wedding Dress Up! Aren't weddings just the best?!? There's all the love, dancing, laughter, and cake! We have 6 weddings this year - ahh! We have already gone to 1 - so only 5 more to go! That being said - I am all about looking for that perfect wedding (guest) dress!

"Summer Lovin' had me a blast.." a little Grease love to start off the post :)

I cannot tell you how excited I am for Summer clothes - eek! And guess what summer means??? It means we're adding some bright colors back into our wardrobes - woohoo! Don't get me wrong - we love our classic black sundresses and gorgeous taupes for summer - but today we are talking about colorful sundresses!

As you know - I don't LOVE wearing a whole lot of color... only on occasion - and Summer is an occasion in itself :)
